THE AFFECTION OF DICIPLINE AND MOTIVATION TO STAFF PT.NIKE SPORT ICON BEKASI AREA REGION OF WESTERN JAVA

ABSTRACK

The purpose of this research is to analyze influence between discipline work and motivation work of the performance of an employees pt.nike areas in west java  bekasi. Population in this research is all of the an employee who works in pt.nike sport icon bekasi and 30 respondents that serve as sample. Data were collected by using kuisioner and use scale likert for measuring  respondents answers who had been tested validity and reliability.

In writing this methods that use in this research there are seven method that is the validity, reliability test, scal likert, regression analysis linear multiple, partial test, the simultaneous. Then with using this method we will work out  a result of this research.

The results showed that discipline of a work as partial not significant of the performance of an employees pt.nike sport icon, Based on research was influence motivation work this has a partial against an employee performance pt.nike sport icon. Discipline work and motivation of a work as simutan significant of the performance of an employees pt.nike sport icon.
